Get Involved & Make An Impact

At Care360 Hospice, we believe in the transformative power of compassion and human connection. Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our hospice, bringing comfort, support, and companionship to those facing life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones.

Why Volunteer with Us?

  • Make a Difference: Every volunteer at Care360 Hospice plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients and families and helps our team to maintain high levels of organization. Your time and dedication bring comfort, joy, and a sense of dignity during life's most challenging moments.

  • Meaningful Connections: As a volunteer both in the field and behind the scenes, you have the opportunity to form deep, meaningful connections with patients, their families, and the community you’ll serve. Whether it's sharing stories, providing a listening ear, or simply holding a hand, your presence can bring solace and support when it's needed. Our volunteers that provide administrative support also have strong opportunities to develop meaningful relationships with staff while assisting them with day to day operations.

  • Personal Growth: Volunteering with Care360 Hospice is not just about giving; it's also about receiving. Through your service, you'll gain valuable insights, develop empathy and compassion, and cultivate skills that will enrich both your personal and professional life.

Ways to Volunteer?

No matter your background or availability, there are many ways to get involved with our hospice!

  • Patient Companion: Spend quality time with patients, engage in conversations, offer emotional support, and provide a comforting presence in whatever setting patients call home.

  • Family/Caregiver Support: Offer assistance and a listening ear to family members and caregivers, providing respite when needed. No hands on or personal care is required of volunteers when assisting with respite.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks from home or at our hospice office, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

  • Specialized Skills: If you have specific skills or talents, such as music proficiency, pet therapy, or other talents that can bring comfort to our patients, we welcome your expertise to enhance the well-being of our patients.
